At ILI Digital, we build digital business models, individual software solutions, and platforms for industries where security is mission-critical.
This includes projects where top-tier IT security is essential — structured, resilient, and fully aligned with the BSI IT-Grundschutz Compendium.
If you not only know the BSI standards but can also apply them pragmatically and effectively, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements based on BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIS2, and related standards
- Design and implement information security measures – both technical and organizational
- Guide clients through the implementation and continuous improvement of ISMS
- Support audits, GAP analyses, and risk assessments
- Act as a trusted advisor to our architects, developers, and project managers on all security-related matters
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience with the BSI IT-Grundschutz Compendium
- Proven ability to implement BSI requirements in corporate or public sector environments
- Solid understanding of information security, network infrastructures, and system architecture
- Experience in setting up and operating an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Ideally familiar with: ISO 27001, ITIL, KRITIS, NIS2, GDPR
- Bonus: Certifications from BSI or ISO (e.g. Lead Implementer / Auditor)

Was du bei uns machst
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen auf Basis von BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIS2 und weiteren Standards.
- Du konzipierst und implementierst Informationssicherheitsmaßnahmen, sowohl technisch als auch organisatorisch.
- Du begleitest die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ISMS bei Kunden.
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits, GAP-Analysen und Risikoabschätzungen.
- Du bist Sparringspartner:in für unsere Architekten, Entwickler:innen und Projektleiter:innen in sicherheitsrelevanten Fragen.
Was du mitbringst
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit dem BSI IT-Grundschutz-Kompendium
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von BSI-Anforderungen in Unternehmen oder Behörden
- Solides Verständnis von Informationssicherheit, Netzwerken und Systemarchitekturen
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb eines ISMS
- Idealerweise: ISO 27001, ITIL, KRITIS, NIS2, DSGVO – du kennst die Landschaft
- Bonus: BSI-Zertifikate oder ISO-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Lead Implementer / Auditor)
